50 YEARS OF EXPERTISE

      Established in 1951, REGEX, S.A. will be 50 years old in the Textile World by year 2001.

      REGEX, S.A. develops its activities in two fields:

      1.-  Production and distribution of O.E.yarn.

      2.-  Imported yarn and grey cloth for the Spanish market.

      REGEX, S.A has a turnover of exceeding 25 millions Euros (without consolidating the turnover of the spinning sister firms) and is among the leading textile firms in Spain.

      REGEX, S.A. owes a significant stake in three open-end spinning firms, two located in the south region of Alcoy (Alicante) and one upnorth in Olot (Gerona). We owe our own offices and warehouse in Cocentaina from where we organise and distribute our production, 90% of which is exported.

Our export tradition started back to our very early days in the business, being among the few firms exporting Spanish textiles just after the World War two.         Nowadays, we deal with 42 countries around the world and regularly export to 32 countries from five Continents.         In addition to the raw white and ecru, we are specialised in the colour yarn.         We run a stock Service in different qualities of yarn. For the better service of our clients, we are organised to produce down to 500 Kg. of any colour on Client proposal.
